Not supported by CM10 for sure. You do lose a little storage, mine is at 59GB available in FAT32.

Here's where my confusion lies. I though you had to reformat to FAT32 for any ICS ROM as well. Is that not the case? Did your 64GB card work with exFAT on the stock GSIII?

Same issue here! I hit "Allow" and when it comes back up I hit the back button. Still works fine, but it is pretty annoying.
