You have to flash Rom once again, then all Mods are deleted.

But green circle works without problems...
have you installed 15toggles before?

If not, flash rom, install 15toggles and then green circle battery
If you use UHLPS you can flash this File (15toggles and green circle in one file)

I flashed UHLPS NeatRomLite but my modem changed. I like my stock modem from XWLP7 as I get good results from it.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Just reflash your modem straight after flashing neat rom

No, your modem will be replaced with the one on uhlps. However, I you can flash the modem you want using CWM.
