hi.. am really new to this.. really liked the screen-shots and would like to try this build on my htc kaiser.. problem is i have never done this before.. the htc kaiser is new and runs on windows 6.1. can anyone give me a step by step procedure from scratch to get Scoot CyanogenMod 6.1.2 (RLS6) [16.03.2011] on the phone... please... i have already downloaded the attached files... thanks in advance.
