It doesn't add a few more mm because when I use the clear thin tpu case it fits but just barely. Its still an option if you have bought the tpu case, but I like the alloy feel so much that I bought a grey fitbag instead to be able to enjoy the phone as it is.

so it is actually made of alloy, nice. I thought it was plastic. does the color match with the silver plastic on the phone?

The silver on the phone is actual alloy I think with a lacquer on top.

The cover is a plastic made cover, with an alloy insert at the back.

I tried to show from the photos how much it matches and I think the match is pretty much as good as it is going to get.

Can't do any specific test, not one worthy of a proper result. So taking things with a pinch of salt, I can say that maybe the wifi is a bit less of signal only a bar less sometimes.
The 3g signal I haven't noticed getting any worse. I can still have the same results even in areas that the signal is very poor when I can remember using the normal plastic cover

Thanks,

As i live into a big city, there won't be any significant change on my SGS3 i think.

Anyone know of any "rimless" carbon fibre ones?
I've ordered one with the rim but I'd prefer one where the entire battery cover is uniform.

I asked some people who bought this battery cover on ebay if it affect NFC, and all of them said it doesn't

PS: I asked those who have purchased this battery cover http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=360467599351

I wonder how many of them even use the NFC. Could just be saying yes so they don't sound lame.
