Default Stuck on Step #3

I have been looking around on various forums and online, and I can't find any response to the problem of being stuck on step 3.
OS: 2.2 Froyo
State: Unlocked but unrooted
I checked in the unzipped folder, under Exploit there is no psneuter.
Did I somehow downloaded an incomplete zip file?
Appreciate any help....

Default HTC Desire Z problem

I am having problem with rooting my HTC Desire Z. Its android version is 2.3.3 and software number is 2.42.405.4
After rooting via program it says everything went good-it sends me superuser app. However, when I'm trying to launch SuperUser, I always get message that process com.noshufou.android.su has stopped unexpectedly. That's strange, SuperOneClick says my device is rooted but actually it's not. After rebooting it's still unrooted. I've even tried using Visionary+, but it didn't succeed in rooting my phone too.
What else can I do? All drivers are up-to-date.Downgrading software is a good idea?

Default SuperOneClickv1.9.5-ShortFuse.zip rooted my ATT 2.2 Captivate first time out.

Believe it or not when I went to 'root' my old Captivate that still had the Samsung/ATT 2.2 on it, SuperOneClickv2.2 kept hanging with 'Waiting on Device"....

I was able to successfully get it to work the first time by downloading SuperOneClickv1.9.5 a couple of links higher up. Just thought you'd like to know... b/c I'm a n00b and probably missed something, mind you, but I've been banging my head against this wall for a few today... And hopefully this might save someone else a moment of pain.

Default Vodafone 858/Smart (Huawei U8160) root

Hello. I clicked root on superoneclick and it showed this message:

---------------------------
Missing driver!
---------------------------
The following device does not have drivers installed:

Bluetooth Peripheral Device

BTHENUM\{0000110E-0000-1000-8000-00805F9B34FB}_VID&00010001_PID&0109

Would you like me to forcefully install an Android ADB Interface Driver for this device?
---------------------------
Yes No
---------------------------
What should I do? Thanks

ABD Driver is needed for SuperOneClick to be able to communicate to your phone and Root it.

About that...
Could anyone share a working copy of the proper Busybox 1.20.2 for SuperOneClick, in order to replace the old 1.18 which comes by default, please?

Busybox is located inside "Dependences" folder.

And another thing to add...
ESET AV 5 freezes this software, so, users have to disable Protection before using SuperOneClick.
Otherwise, Rooting process will be truncated at steps 5 or 7.

Finally...
I've to say that this worked with my Huawei U8350 (Android 2.2.2).
