Rom installs on usual partition.

i can recommend you,
insert coint 1.1.4 with Droidzone Powersaver Kernel v4
with 1GB ext4 Partition
its run verry smoth and batterydrain is good for a sense rom

Why is it that we don't have a fully working ICS Sense 4 ROM for Bravo when Desire S does? Is it really that much different?

It can be linked to sourceforge. DZ doesn't wish his kernels downloaded from file hosting or dropbox and it's derivatives.
