@ehmjay - Did you follow the complete steps of installation? try flashing again... but i don't think its rom problem...

Ive also had fc on OTA when I open it. I wiped cache dalvik and fixed permissions I didn't do a full wipe since I didn't want to lose all my data. So yeah it could be that but I've not done a full wipe with every update since the start of this rom... If there is no fix without reflashing I'll think I'll just let it be like that since it's the only problem I've noticed
