Default Hung on Logo display... CWM Recovery Mode works

Hi,

I am new to this and seeking help from you all.

I have some problems and after the restart it stops at Galaxy S main screen. When in CWM Recovery Mode v3.0.0.5, I found that the volume is not mounted. When I try to mount the volume under Mounts and Storage > mount USB storage, I get:

E: unknown volume for path [/data]
E: unknown volume for path [/data]
E: Unable process volume! Skipping...
Checking /cache...
E: unknown volume for path [/cache]
E: unknown volume for path [/cache]
E: Unable process volume! Skipping...
Done!
E: unknown volume for path [/cache/recovery/command]
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/command
E: unknown volume for path [/cache/recovery/log]
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E: unknown volume for path [/cache/recovery/last_log]
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log

I cannot do anything. Please guide me as I am new to all this.

Regards,
A Failed I9000
