No.
Flash .562 kernel, root your phone, flash back .431 kernel.

although I successfully rooted my neo v using this method I am still unable to push any application to /system/app via adb. I get the following

adb remount
remount failed: Operation not permitted

adb push test.apk /system/app
failed to copy etc...

then also tried

adb shell
su
mount -o rw,remount -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock0 /system

but still can't push

Has anyone successfully pushed any app through adb here ?

Credits go to all those involved in making this possible!

           from (Menu\Settings\Security)
     (4) [OPTIONAL] increase screen timeout to 10 minutes
     (5) connect USB cable to PHONE and then connect to PC
     (6) skip "PC Companion Software" prompt on device
---------------------------------------------------------------
 CONFIRM ALL THE ABOVE THEN
Press any key to continue . . .
