However, the status bar in lock screen reverts to black. Inside apps goes white.
Is there a way to make transparency persistent in the lock screen and when inside an app?

It's normal. Unfortunately statusbar on lockscreen will always black when using sammy based rom.

Statusbar background inside specific app only depends on this app.

Weird... Did you flash correct center clock theme? There are with transparent and with non-transparent statusbar themes here.

I was looking at the wall blue theme by el_liberator and I was wondering if it would be possible to include his toggles in a stock, 15% transparent drop down version of your mod? I ask because I love the stock look of your drop down and status bar (+15% transparency), but the blue wall toggles are quite nice! Alternatively, could I pull the lidroid-res.apk from el_liberator's theme and flash over your theme??

No I will not to include his icons in my mode or post them here. His theme looks very nice but I prefer the stock, as much as it's possible, appearance.

All you need is to replace my toggle icons in lidroid-res.apk/res/drawable-hdpi/ with icons from el_liberator's theme. It'll be correct if you make it for your own usage. Or if el_liberator make toggle icons theme - such as I shared in the second post but with his toggle button icons.

Is it possible to only remove the brightness slider without changing anything else?

Remove or disable it in tw_status_bar_expanded.xml.

And, guys, please don't ask here something like this... It's not "Q/A" or "How to" thread.
