Torch works just fine here. Check the permissions and clear dalvik and cache.

♣ Samsung Galaxy Note ♣ CyanogenMod 10.1

First shalt thou take out the Holy Hand Of Choke™, then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Of Choke™ towards thy foe, who being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it.

To give people a heads up, someone started an unofficial discussion thread for this ROM so banter can go there instead of clogging up this thread and annoying the **** out of the devs.

The stability on #2 isn't bad at all.
But the Bluetooth is acting weirdly !
So I decided to revert back to CM9 and come back after a couple of updates.
The problem is that CM9 nandroid backup that I made is corrupted !
What other options do I have downgrade ?

Abyss then CM9? Sucks losing everything tho. I also did a nandroid backup but I haven't tried to use it yet. Have you tried a CM9 kernel then restore?

All in all I'm very impressed with this rom. Other then rotation being backwards for me everything is pretty stable. I did notice the CPU locked up at 1400mhz but a reboot fixed that.
Anyone get smoother results checking off "force gpu"? Just curious.

The error that i'm facing goes something like:
"assert failed: getprop(ro.product.device") == "galaxynote"
I'm sure many have encountered such error. The fastest way to cure it is to restore but the nandroid backup did not complete and I just noticed that when I needed it :P

I guess I'll be stuck with CM10 for the time being

A habit I've developed when flashing more 'experimental' stuff is to make a Nandroid and then immediately restore it, just to be 100% sure it is clean.

So your trying to restore using the cm10 kernel. Mind you I don't know if it would make a difference trying a cm9. That and if a .zip of the cm10 kernel is available yet or not.
Tbh I go back and forth between roms so often that I rarely use a restore. Doesn't take too long to redownload the apps I use on a daily bases.

Easier way to fix that is to take the updater script out, open it in notepad and remove the first few assert lines that relate to phone model. save it and then red drag it back into the zip had that issue before and that's how I fixed it
