You know I never understood why they put that big hole near the bottom of the case, like they want to allow access to take the back cover off even when the case is on..??

So, I now have the S-Curve case and the Cruzerlite Androidified case. I like them both. The S-Curve arrived first and I spent a day with it. Wasn't crazy about the power button and volume buttons being covered, so I cut out a hole for the power button. That was a mistake. Now I have to really mash it to get it to work. Lesson learned.

The next day, the Cruzerlite case arrived in all of its Androidified glory with pre-cut holes for the power and volume buttons. I love it. One of my biggest concerns was added bulk, BUT, I actually like the added bulk as it makes the Inc4 pretty much the same width as my old Inc2. I'm happy.

+1 for Cruzerlite!

I've got the clear Androidified case and love it. Great protection and looks sweet. The cutouts are perfect, easy to press the volume and power buttons. Most of the time I prefer those buttons to be covered but this case is thin enough and the cutouts big enough that it doesn't get in the way at all. Best <$10 you'll spend to protect your phone.

I also put on the Skinomi screen protector and I can't say I'm in love with it the way most folks are. I've used Zagg in the past and liked them, decided to try something new and I'm not crazy about it. I'd love to find a nice matte protector, one of the ones that's rigid instead of a flexible film. I've got a rigid matte protector on my 4s and it's awesome. Just can't find one for the Inc

And for those who have asked, pictures attached...

Yeah, I'm way late to respond... but at least I'm on topic!

When I reviewed the Diztronic TPU case, a representative from Diztronic actually responded about this very matter:
Quote:
Since we made our case before the phone was available, we were unsure what the hole at the bottom was for. We decided to error on the side of caution and make a cutout for it, just in case it contained a microphone.
