Default Emergency Alerts Sprint

These are 100% annoying.
Usually how you disable it is in the text app, hit menu > settings > emergency alerts and disable them all.
well when I hit emergency alerts, all that shows is a blank screen with no options. Is there any other way to diable these? Having them go off in meetings when my phone is on silent is not optimal...

Bump

I really need these turned off. All my sound levels are turned to zero except for the alarm one.

I had this same issue I went into earthquake alerts and unchecked that then went into emergency alerts a few times and the options finally showed up to disable.

Thanks for reply.

I tried to enter the emergency settings about 30 each for enabled and disabled earthquake alerts... still nothing.

http://m.androidcentral.com/sprint-f...ergency-alerts. Maybe this will help. Also make sure ring volume is up on the other suggestion.

Well that worked. I turned volume up, tried and it wasn't there. Turned off screen and tried again, Works!
Thanks!
