cm10 SD card problem

not sure is this a bugs,some of my photo from the camera cant be show and all the music cant be show in appolo and other player,I have clear the sd card once but it didnt help,can this be fix??( I am using Toshiba class10 16GB sd card)PLz help

I have class 4 card 16gb. I still have a same problem.

and actually some photo I take from cm9 and the music also cant show in gallary and apollo

I have download a program to format, but the smallest allocation size is 512,can I use it?
