For those who cannot install the HardSPL and don't wonna read this thread, here is the solution:

1a. download the 5 attached files
1b. pull out the battery, REMOVE SIM and SD CARDS !! and reinsert battery (this step *is* important)
1c. connect your PC to phone with a USB cable
2. copy JumpSPL1.56-KAIS.exe to your device and run it (make sure the USB cable is still connected). If you still get a white screen then reset your device and now try JumpSPL1.93-KAIS.exe
3. after a few seconds "USB" appears on the phone display
4. unplug and replug the usb cable
5. deselect "Allow USB connections" in Activesync connection settings
6. now flash hardSPL (run KaiserCustomRUU.exe from flash-hardSPL.zip on your PC)

Notes:
1. if when running a JumpSPL an error is shown try to application unlock your device first with SDA_ApplicationUnlock (you must run this on PC with an activesync connection via USB cable). If you still get errors you need to hard reset your device (power off, keep both left and right navigation keys pressed and power on)
2. With the JumpSPL you should *not* flash radio roms, OS roms or full roms. The JumpSPL is only needed to flash a HardSPL (or SPL)

I am currently having troubles with both of these. When I run them it gets to the tri-color screen and USB pops up. So I disconnect the usb and reconnect it.... Then nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

did you remember to do this? also if jumspl1.56 doesn't work than try the other jumpspl. They work ... trust me this has been tried, tried, again many times and success has been achieved every single time. You are probably just missing something.

When I try to run the jumspl, it says that's not a valid win32 application. I get the 3 colors in my phone, and it has no communication with the pc. The sync is gray. All I see in the screen is:

cpld-8
Who can help me please?

Tried SPLFlash, no go, got white screen...tried steps for white screen solution, no go, What now???? Need HELP PLS....

Tried all steps again, removing BATT and SD card every time, same thing, no go, continue to get white screen, have even tried online paid unlocks, both have returned my money after few days stating they are unable to unlock device, have not bricked the device yet but I am about to make it a doorstop cuz I cannot unlock it, does carrier SIM card need to be in device when trying to unlock??????? Have tried running both versions of JumpSPL1.56-KAIS.exe and JumpSPL1.93-KAIS.exe but still no go... Need much help.... will send donation once device is functional....

Are you sure you removed the SD and SIM cards before running the JumpSPL?
