I found working versions on that site. Two are chinese, two english, both english versions worked on my hd2 (fully unlocked). One of the working ones is attached. If it doesn't work, you may try the other version on that site.

Sadly it won't work for my region.

Couldn't find a way to install on my device (your attachment, that is), kinda weird... I went to the site though, and had no luck at all trying to translate to see where to download one of the English versions of 2.1 - do you think you can assist me further?? In any way, I am just looking to get an English version that will work on my HD7 Deepshining 7.7 ROM...
