Default Is there any cons/downside to converting to yakju?

I have yakjujp 4.0.4 and I want to get the stock 4.1.1 and I'm wondering is there any cons or downside in converting to yakju? Would I lose any stability or functionality? I understand the warranty would be void and it's ok. I like the stability of stock ROM and don't want to lose that, would converting to yakju affect than in any way?

Thanks in advance!

The only the thing you'll notice different is that you won't be the one asking when your model will get updates like everyone else with a carrier version of Android on the Nexus.

Cheers

Would I lose the native Arabic support on my device at the moment? Also after converting, if I do lose that, would I be able to go back to yakjujp? Thanks!

Why would your warranty be void because of it?
If you need to take it in to repair, just flash stock image (if you can) and relock the bootloader.
There's a tool to relock bootloader on the device. You can even reflash stock recovery from the device and then relock the bootloader.

No, there is Arabic support on Jelly bean.

Proof: في كيبورد عربي من ٤.١.١. احسن لك تغيير الموبيل لyakju

Check the stickies in the Development section for Gnex toolkit. It is your best and easiest option for everything regarding the Gnex.

There are no downsides.

Warranty won't be void, you're still on stock firmware.

There's native Arabic in 4.1.1 afaik.
