It works with whatever file system is supported by your kernel. As for supercharger v6, I don't know. If it does some of the things of an sd-ext script, then it might. Backup, flash and try it your self.

The V6 wiping dalvik cache process you are talking about is OPTIONAL. V6 doesn't do it by itself. That said, I've been using V6 for over a year now and M2SD for a month now and they play quite nice together. I've no problem even when I wipe dalvik every time I install a new V6 release. The only thing is that I have to quiet V6 SD value in favor of M2SD value. No hassle.
