If tested on my HTC One S with Idle on and 30s and 60s time out and it works great!
Edit: under some circumstances (I don´t know why) it doesn´t works, screen shuts up. Perhaps too few difference between two pictures

have PRO version. it dont start up auto in boot. xperia ray

I guess you have come from Eye Spy ? You will need to wait for Nebkat to fix the issue.

As for Original Smart Stay Ex Users for those who have bought, your pro app will become unlocker.
However, Please WAIT a little longer, Nebkat is fixing issues with the Pro checker.

No worries. Latest version is totally awesome and if you have the pro, we have introduced a scan time which improve the checking reliability.

Good job! My phone does not turn off when i'm looking at it, but i notice that when it can't detect my eyes, it just turns off the screen after timeout without dimming.
