Which means i just need to Relock my boatloader only right just by doing this in cmd :

Fastboot oem lock

Thats all right ?

Yes, that should be the command to use. Otherwise you could google for something like "relock bootloader HTC One S" or One X (because it's the same way).

As I know, we cannot install CWM for HTC one S3 at this time. However, for rooting, this is work for me. Try it:
modaco.com/topic/355509-testing-villec-superboot/
It is super boot from PaulOBrien - modaco

Can someone please write the tutorial for permanent root for S3.

Permanent rooted S3 ? I never seen this tutorial before , but to root the S3 you can used the modaco.com/topic/355509-testing-villec-superboot , Ist you have to unload your bootloader .I had rooted my S3.
HTC one S : S3 /VilleC2
Recovery : TWRP 2.2.2.1
ROM : TrickDroid V1.0.0
