Looks like MYHK's libandroid_runtime.so is not compatible with the latest MIUI since there are framework updates in latest version?
Try porting from scratch, using Nexus S as base..

so u have to baksmali framework.jar and goto /android/content/res open assetmanager.smali and then add the missing .method from the cm9's assetmanager.smali

Let me just say, that the framework is the cause.
There are several errors and smali editing that I have to go through. So, I will give my best and will most probably boot the ROM tomorrow

Yes, but I don't think MIUI android supports MIUI toolbox.
But, for sure I will upload the MIUIToolbox.apk and link it to the users.
The First Post Will Be Edited In Five Minutes, So stay tuned and catch the updated current status and TO-DO
I guess, I did the paint.smali replacement.
But to make sure, I will do it again and try.
Lets see what comes up!
For USB, yeah I tried the method but left it in between.
& What about the themes not applying mate? I realize a workaround but I want to make a permanent fix as it was in MYHK's port

Yeah the usb part is so confusing :-s
N for theme just use the workaround for now. We'll make it work
