Does this mean that they have my device info registered?
If I locked the boot loader and put everything back to stock, will ATT know?

If they booted to bootloader it will say relocked not locked so yes they could tell that it was unlocked at some point that's if they looked

Quick question I bought my HTC One X off a guy and found out that the bootloader we relocked. I managed to root the phone today.

Now do I need the unlock keys you get from htcdev from the original seller or can I go ahead and try the process from top to bottom.

If so will this brick my phone as it was unlocked and relocked by the other guy who sold me the phone. I got root access just fine but I know the
bootloader is a whole another issue...?

So basically do I need the keys from his email or can I start fresh. Again the bootloader was relocked its not factory locked right now.

Cheers!

Since it has been unlocked you can obtain a new key by going through htc dev. It's what I did to get a new key. I got a rooted custom rom. HOX off of craigs list myself.
