What kernel are you on?
I recommend Trinity 7 by morfic you'll find it in the original dev section.
Then you go to dev options in settings and you check force GPU for 2D
It's not the rom it's the kernel.

I'd help with the ROM if you need any, on holiday atm but I can help when I get back I'm not a amazing coder and flawless dev but I'd like to help if needed
