Yeah I've done that too. I guess the main reason that happened because I was messing with AOKP and sense. It hasn't happened in the previous builds. I'm quite sure my phone can handle the OC. I don't know about that and some mods I personally added could had been an issue.

My battery consumption is horrible. Was 100% this morning at 8:30 moderate use. It died on me at 4:15 pm its 4:40 pm now. I had it plugged in for a short time earlier.

I don't know how your getting the worst results, but battery depends on a lot of things. Depends on radio, rom, apps used, kernel, network, internet usage, screen brightness, etc. Try wiping cache and dalvik cache.

Some app might be running in the background. Turn auto sync off. This kernel is a real beast, that's why I am so tempted to dumb the 2.23 roms and flash one that is supported by this kernel!

Running on AOKP 6.3
1.5ghz max, 192mhz min, gpu overclock also
