Eh, not sure why I wasn't supposed to use Odin but as of now everything is working perfectly. Was able to get back to stock and root and all of that jazz. Everything seems to be back to normal. I will keep you guys updated if things start going wonky.

Read the whole thread, but didn't see my question asked.

What do I need to do to run this rom coming from stock 4.0.4?

If coming from ICS the suggested way will be wipe data, cache and dalvik cache, format system.
Then flash ROM and gapps. However I myself just wiped cache and dalvik cache and format system and all was fine for me. That is your choice. There is also a jb boot loader you can flash if you like as well. But the jelly bean roms will run on the ICS boot loader. I have copies of both boot loaders if you need them. You can also get the jelly bean boot loader from ??? jb rom. Any more questions feel free to ask you will never go back I bet you

I did not see the ROM with the jb boooader if you want I can drop box both.

Are there any benefits to the JB bootloader? I've never bothered to change from ICS.

A significantly faster boot time.

If you don't mind dropboxing the job bootloader I'd appreciate it

GREAT ROM so far! Haven't run into any issues, but I do have 1 question. Is there a way to raise the maximum sound output on this Rom? Notifications, ringtones and in-call volume are noticeably lower. Running stock build 8.

Thanks!

I will increase the max volume in the next build.

I don't think you will need it but I have the ICS also if you ever want to go back.
