If your using gmail that's like the one thing you have to log into and then you should have your emails with sync. Then use tb. I suppose if you are using the stock email app as well then that's 2 logins, you have all emails back with sync and then use tb for everything else. Should be up and running in a few minutes. U can also backup launcher settings and launcher desktop if your using apex launcher (unsure of nova).

No my only problem is that i hate logging into all my email accounts every time i flash a rom.

Yea nova saves desktop and settings as well. so i use that

And i use TB for all my non system user apps/data. that how i get my apps back. And i was told way back in the day to never restore system data on a new build regardless how much has changed from the previous build.

But i just do not want to login into my school and work emails every time. So will TB help me load up my exchange imap and pop3 emails (no google emails).

Ive looked around and a lot of people use k9 mail app, but i dont want to use another email app. I like the stock email app.

ill just try and restore the email app data from my backup.

the 8/07 build in the changelog is the 8/06 build on the goo server I believe. I flashed the 8/06 and have all the cherrypicks listed in the changelog.
