This is a little off topic...but I actually do know how to theme...I tried porting syk sky theme to smartguys aokp rom a while back the only problem I encountered was while trying to build the apk I kept getting a Java not found error. Me and nbeeb24 could never find out what the problem was any ideas? (And yes I do have Java installed lol)

You were probably on java 7. apk tools won't work on that version. You needed 6
