Strange , i also don't have issues with ics camera , not reboot not anything ....
As glamor said in previous post , i don't have problems with ics camera ...
If you like , add the stock camera for previous release ( horse gb final v1 ) , to test if you're ok ...

Even stock amera is not OK. I suspect that the issue is with the SD card (16GB Class 4 Kingston). It just rebooted, and I did not even used the camera, I just tried to see what settings I could change!

Try with another sd card but it seems weird for me if this problem is sd card fault ...
If you like to wait for few hours ...
I will release a new Rom , cause there are some problems , because of a line in build.prop ...
If you want to try this :
With root explorer , open build.prop in text editor , and change this line ...
media.stagefright.enable-scan=true ....
To ,, media.stagefright.enable-scan=false ...
Save build.prop and reboot your phone .
Done ..
If you wait until tomorrow i'll upload new version with edited build.prop and fixed theme on popup window ...
Ps
I hope you don't flash this rom over gingerbread ??

Well, I DID flash it over GB. And the problem is not SD related, I had the same problem with my old 2GB card.
I restored the official B521 for the moment and trying to solve the WIFI issue.

Your problems are because you flash it over gingerbread ...
You have to downgrade first to 2.2.2 firmware and then flash the Horse Rom , if you want this Rom to work correctly ...
Look at the first post please ...
If you do it correct , then all your problems will disappear ...

After a lot of testing , i cook some roms for 2.2 baseband .
I'm starting with the first one , simple stock froyo themed rom .
It's the Horse SuperFastFroyo rom .
The fastest rom for our phones without bugs .
Changelog
Root , busybox , zipalign , nano text editor , bash command shell , init.d tweaks , unlocked fps , new build.prop tweaks , patched libsqlite.so , modded framework.jar and services.jar , stock froyo theme with some changes to framework-res.apk , numeric battery and transparent pulldown statusbar.
I will upload the first rom and screenshots in a few hours ....
It's an almost stock themed rom ( based on B026 ) which i delete some trashapps and the HWauncher , BUT includes all of my modds , some files from B041 and a NEW build.prop , also i change the battery icon on statusbar and add Nemus launcher.
