The latest alpha 2 sd release has system/app/S2E.apk and system/etc/init.d/05mountext already deleted. Didn't know about system/etc/init.d/90userinit, users can delete manually using a root browser, if necessary. Thanks Xylograph.
As for which thread to link to, I think this thread should be for AOKP builds. But will keep it under review if/when another masterpiece arrives.
@kuzibri try the above deletions, or try alpha 2. I think poyensa did not delete a2sd script in previous version, I did not have time to try it this (long) weekend.

Do I transfer apps to internal device by pressing the "replace to USB mass storage? If yes, this does not work, tried it several times.
very best regards, Kuzibri
No the other way around.. make sure that there is no app 'enabled' in the usb-storage tab..

I think it's best for everyone to update to the latest versions and the 90userinit script isn't that important as long the other 2 are removed..
Also another note on the market issue.. I think I saw some comments of people re-using their (how do you call it in here??) 'data.img' file around different roms which I think is absolutely not recommended..
I guess it will give the same results/problems as on nand when not doing a clean install with every partition formatted beforehand or at least cache and dalvic-cache wiped before trying something new...
I suggest using a fresh data.img file and see if this market issue is still there and please provide a logcat if so
Btw. maybe they are somewhat similar.. Sourcery isn't AOKP and the other way around.. anyway I will link to this thread and will look up the PA thread

Hi my dear friend,
just to be absolutely sure that not my SD card or device were causing the Playstore problems (and another problem that annoyed me very much: Superuser that kept constantly asking for permission of SD Speed Increase, etc, whilst have enabled remember it), I decided to go back to AOKP40. Guess what: all of my problems "vanished into thin air". Superuser functions like it should, Playstore is functioning like it should, etc, etc. And besides that, this version is, whenever you set SD Speed Increase to 2048, blazing fast. So for the moment I will stick to this version cause I need a reliable one. I know that there is a new Alpha2 version released without the files that, most likely, caused all of my problems. I will this time wait for a few days for other user experiences with this new version before "jumping into the deep" again. I have now a stable version, that's also something worth
very best regards and thanks very much, Kuzibri
EDIT: I will keep on trying new JB versions in order to see how they are funtioning and what there benefits and drawbacks are and to post this on this forum, but now I can always fall back on the AOKP V40 of which I made a full backup. So for this moment very curious about the first reports about Alpha2!!!!!

I thought the beauty of using these sd builds was that you can use as many roms as your sd card can hold and switch between them ?
Anyway, best regards and see you on later releases I suppose
