it shows in recovery and PC, i'm using CWM. i put it on my phone. never had this problem when i install previous version. weird. size is same as it shoud be. but MD5 looks like not correct. i will try download again later on.

yea if the md5 doesn't match you have to download it again. also, try out TWRP 2.2.0, it's awesome!
