Oh I didn't know this was still at alpha stage nothing was written at OP lol. Ok will be using the ROM's stock Kernel instead.

I dont think people who use custom kernel have right to complain to superg81/gearheadcustoms when problem occured...just stay with stock kernel if want to report problem or bug...

Seems stable with bedalus so far but bln doenst work.

Any suggestion?

I cant enable it in the advanced settings, it is greyed out.

Using nstools and it works...

Yeah, cm10 advanced settings don't work well with other custom kernels aside from their own...
