Yes, I too was quite dismayed by that avatar, but I figured I would just be concerned about the "loco" one in silence.

I'm from Europe and to me the name Manson isn't saying a lot. I know he was an American criminal and given the fact that I know his name he probably was a quite dangerous one. If Americans have hard feelings for respectively against Manson and feel horrified if someone uses his picture as avatar I thing you should explain it to loco via PMail. Maybe he didn't know that and changes his avatar afterward?!

I think a public thread isn't the right place to discuss this. You should either PMail loco and explain to him why it dismays you or you should report it to a Mod asking for his opinion.

Just my two cents.

Note the order of posts. I did not initiate the dialogue, but here is a summary about the man that will let the masses know something about Manson: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Manson to show why there was concern.

I use both wktask and handyswitcher. I like the top battery and the drop down close/minimize, handyswitcher is nice that it shows all programs running. I also tried wizebar, which i was a fan of before, but seemed buggy, along with SPB Pocket Plus which kind of combined wktask and handyswitcher in that it had battery bar and the close/minimize along with all program drop down all in one program. pbar looks interesting, looks like a 2003se era, but i'll try it out anyways.

I'm still on the lookout for a finger-friendly switcher to replace HTC switcher with. My gripes with HTC are that it's slow and cannot be accessed from every application window, so you cannot always do direct application-to-application switching or select applications to close at any time.

So far the closest to what I'm looking for is actually Task Facade, which is in ongoing development. I have it mapped to the "green" phone button via AEButtonPlus, but it's not 100% reliable like that (if I am in TF3D contacts, it dials the contact rather than switching to Task Facade).

No lol... I gave up shortly after and went back to the HTC task man. Kind of stopped looking. There might be better options out now.

I started using NATF v5 (wm6.5) the other day and discovered this one (\windows\taskmgr.exe) which I haven't seen before.

Have I been living in a cave and missed an old app or is this new?

It's absolutely awesome! It shows more programs than most, is totally finger-friendly (On WM6.5 anyway...), the hardware button control is great (Just uses up/down, Touch Pro's left/right can be fiddly as we all know) and allows switching or killing apps easily.
