How come the fix market option doesn't do anything, i still can't see any new games that i otherwise wouldn't have seen before.

Even better if Chainfire could make something like a tegra display widget to disable phone LCD and use only TV over mhl. I'm using Galaxy Note so tegra display switcher doesn't work for me. With bluetooth keyboard it would work beautifully.

Quite well, it works on my Defy and Cube U30GT tablet, both with Android 4.0.4

It's depends on the ROM. Some it works, but most it doesn't.
