Return Shipping = ~$8

$38 - $24 (returned from $30 protector) + $8 shipping back = $22 in the hole

I did receive an email response and it seems a replacement is on the way. I'll update this thread when it arrives to verify any differences between the two (original vs replacement).

Okay so the dots are noticeable but they are no too annoying. I would say that the biggest issue was with the proximity sensor for me but they shipped me a replacement ASAP. The interim fix with the sharpie was a bad idea as I got some black marks on the phone that were a pain to clean off. But their customer service has been top notch

No, he didn't. I also have slight "oil-slick rainbow" in the very middle in certain light. It does not bother me. The dots are distracting but I will live with it. Overall, very good screen protector.

um no, I installed it correctly I followed the instructions to the T
I'm not a noob I've put on screen protectors plenty of times.

Installed the "fixed" replacement and guess what. Still have proximity issues. Can't use the screen once I hit send.

I had high hopes for this product but if I can't use my phone it fails utterly. I will be returning them.
