I returned mine to Memory Express last Friday..., theres all sort of problems. light bleed, did not upgrade after first boot (downloaded and manually installed), sluggish and lagging, over heating in the top left at the back.

Today I got the replacement, and this is night and day difference. It upgraded right away after I first booted, stock browser is so responsive even if I'm downloading 5-7 apps in the background...light beed is so minor as well....So if you are having lags even after the upgrade...return it and get replacement until you get the perfect one...I got lucky my replacement have no issue....

Mine seems good, thankfully.

Looking forward to the jelly bean update... I think the 60fps bump will be really noticeable on our devices.

Best buy in Ottawa has them in store. Had 7 or 8 by the looks of things. They sold me one today. Cancelled my pre order from their computer and walked out with one!

Oh nice! That's funny that they had them in store before releasing them online. Enjoy your new tablet!

You're not able to check local store availability on the Best Buy website so anyone looking to do the same will have to call or walk-in.

Future Shop is still failing, said they would be in today web site says there in but called the store and not in "check back in on Monday"

Seems the August 15th shipment never came at NCIX probably the same at other stores as well,

next tentative date is now august 22nd...they think it will be enough to cover all pre-orders, keep your fingers crossed
