Default Question about NANDROID, Advanced restore

Hi!

I was wondering something about CWM's NANDROID backups. I'm going tired of manually backing up every APK, flashing my ROM, reinstalling them, then going through each if their settings every time I flash a new ROM.

In CWM there is an advanced restore option and from there you can choose to only restore your data. If I were to do that on top of a new ROM would all of my alls be returned while keeping the ROM in tact? What are the consequences of restoring like this, will I mess up my ROM?

Yeah, this is kind of pointless. I discovered something beautiful called Titanium backup. Well actually I just learned how to use the batch feature about a month ago...
