Yeah I don't think thats "one more clock" widget. There is one similar to that one, but different. I'd like to have this widget as well.

Where did you find that screen shot? Try messaging the person who posted it.

Ultimate Custom Clock Widget is free and allows for nearly infinite configurations. There is a template thread in the Apps & Themes forum.
