Damn, that didn't work either. They just released an update as well, but that didn't seem to help either.. Oh well, I'll just give up for now since it's not really usable anyway... Hopefully, it'll get better soon...

Thanks anyway for the reply!

I'm using rooted .26 with an open bootloader. It took a factory reset and forced 2d for me to get chamelion to work well enough to be usefull. The biggest downside for me is accually the lack of widgets this far. Looks good, the flow is looking good. Another thing I miss, the ability to add shortcuts to apps on the main page instead of the dock bar thingy.

Yeah, I'm sure I could get it working if I did a factory reset - just not willing to go that far since it's really not usable yet anyway... Besides, they need to make it work for devices without having to factory reset - hopefully, the crash reports that I'm providing will help them with that situation.

However, I would be willing to factory reset if/when it actually becomes usable as a "daily driver"... I'm keeping my fingers crossed, because I really like the idea!

I am using mine which is Stock, rooted and .26, and while it seems to function fine the current lack of widgets, etc makes it very much a disappointment. I am still hopeful for the full release with more widgets, but until then it is a novelty, and not much more.

My TF700 is stock on .26 and unrooted. I just downloaded the newest 0.78 beta version of Chameleon and it is already significantly faster and more usable. I'm still waiting for more media widgets to be added but at least it's not painfully slow like the previous version.

Running a Rooted .26 TF701, Chameleon not only works, but the update today seems to have also added a widget or two. Trying it again, we will see how this round goes.

Damn, it *still* crashes instantly for me, even with this last update... Wonder why it doesn't like me?!

Maybe because I'm running the Zeus ROM?

Anyone running Zeus ROM that has Chameleon working?

Thanks!

Crashes instantly for me too. Also on Zeus. If the beta looked more like the demos they showed, I'd consider going back to stock .26, but not worth it in its current state...

Agreed - that is my thinking as well... It does sound like it's getting a lot better, but until it's suitable as a "daily driver", I'm not willing to return to stock either...

At least I know it's not just me now!

Thanks for the reply.
