OK I figured out my problem..I had to sign into Google now for the lock screen weather to be able to update/work...lol

I flashed the aug10 #2 and oddly I see a cm9 logo when it boots - but I'm pretty sure it was cm10 at first. I'm about phone, it says 4.1.1 and all the versions match up. I clearly have Jelly Bean. Works fine with the usual bugs that have been reported. Thanks!

I am able to USB tether and hotspot tether. Will be jumping back to AOKP though.

What build are you on? I can't hotspot tether at all.
