Yes Omega v12 will not lock sim card.
The libsec-ril.so file I used for this is from firmware XXBLG1 and will not mess your phones, this is tested so do not worry.

Hope so. Just tried Franco.....And same issue. Reset ringtone.

Mobile Odin is super easy mind which is good.

But I still have a resetting SD card. So bad.

So now trying another SD card. After:

Change back to Omega 11. See if it's that. After:

Full reset and wipe.

And if still no change throw my phone out the window.

Hi! Know what you inclueded. But unfortunatelly there has been several reports about this method and since I and other don't need I was woundering if you could created a package or something with the original library in this case from LG9. Just to be safe. Also to avoid the hassle of download a full stock rom just to extract one file

I added the feature.xml file and added only this option just to test it, and it works

Attachments: feature.xml in zip to enable sound on/off and txt file with alot of stuff (if you don't know what it is you don't need it )

u do one thing when u start flashing v12

do it from scratch

original firmware

reroot again

and then flash again with proper wipes n stuff

just mke sure u do everything in ur hands before throwing the phone away :P

Would going from a rooted stock ROM (ALF6) to Omega 11.1 without a wipe cause a lot of problems? I'm happy to full wipe but I am curious about flashing with no wipe and seeing what happens and how well it would work.

I have a couple of questions maybe you know them:

1. I did actually do another thing before upgrading my ROM/Kernel this time and that was use the 'move apps to SD card function' on Titanium backup. Could this have had anything to do with the error? Because as we knnow you can't move apps to SD with the S3 yet.

2. If one wanted to go back to Stock completely and start over as you suggest how would one go about it? Is there a guide somewhere?

well could not really agree on this, as mentioned by Odia in sim re-lock thread it is not advised to do it this way.. just my 2 cents
