just try ...
#!/system/bin/sh
mount -o bind /mnt/emmc/ /mnt/sdcard/external_sd

take a look at /etc/vold.fstab

I thought this will not work because the sdcards are formatted with FAT - no way to work with symbolic links.. ?

try Remount sd app =) it worked for me well =) dont forget thanks button =D
