problem in flashing

when i click exe file i get no reponse for long time and gives me error message,olease suggest all softwares needed to flash and also procedure to flas,kindly email me to ifchyd@gmail.com-using htc shift x9500

You can install a custom rom(6.5 Romeo) if you have update HardSPL

problems in rom

i have checked this rom
gps missing
phone part not working
during restart a hissing sound continues
phone hangs when used for call purpose
no speaker sound is heard

rest of thing works fine

try thaihugo rom is the best
