As far as the SIM cards... I think I will order a straight talk Sim card. That is the general consensus, right? GO with Straight talk?

See here is the thing... I dont want or need anything unlimited. I would want like $10.00 a month, just enough to place a call and check the data arrows.

I dont want a monthly bill even if it is prepaid.

Does that make sense?

Think the only other option with them is a $30 month deal but with straight talk you have to have the $45 with smartphones, Even with net 10 the cards would expire within a given set of days ( most of the time depending on card amount ) so you would then have to go thro the rigaramore of re activating everytime lol.

ATT Go prepaid. $25/month. It says smartphone users need a data plan, says $5 for 50mb/month. $30 + tax looks to be the cheapest I can find with data.

A plasma donation every 3 months or so and I think you might even be ahead of the game at $30+tax a month!

I'm jus thinking outside the box but wouldn't it been easier to take the $300+ you were donated and drop your plan to be under $60 a month to keep service instead of terminating it that money would've kept you afloat for at least 5months or until your slump at work would've been over...
Please don't read it wrong or flame me I'm not bashing or anything ur an awesome dev I've rocked your roms since day one and I've paid homage

If you're not really going to use it, AT&T GoPhone is probably the way to go. You can sign up for the 10 cent/minute plan, and the $5 for 50MB. If you don't make any calls, your total bill would be $5. If you make ten calls just to test it, your bill would be $6.

I'm not 100% sure how the data packages work on GoPhone, but I know that you can put $10 on your account and it will roll over month-to-month. Even at $5/month, you could go a long way on just a couple donations.

I'm referring to the very bottom of the calling plans, and the cheapest allowable data package. You could also pay 1c/5KB, but that might be more expensive.

Default OTG

Got a OTG cable today in th email and had a portable battery that I used before with a tablet. Do I need to pick a kernel to make this work? or is it not supported yet? Thanks
