No offence but I've seen similar that actually look better and does exactly the same job for under $10, so I think you've been suckered into buying something you believe must be better because it's expensive.

This case is in the middle. Thicker than a standard tpu case though since its a hybrid case (hard shell around really high quality silicone that doesn't attract dust) . The black bit at the end of the kickstand is indeed made of rubber and to help grip onto surfaces =) although it's a little on the flimsy side, but unless you're really rough with it I don't think it's a problem.

Oh and also to anyone wondering, the power and volume buttons have excellent responsiveness. its not extremely sensitive nor does it take alot of pressure to push.

Spot on! what I was going to say except on the size. I feel like the thickness is nice but for me, the width is too big for it to be my every day case. I do have small hands though.

Currently not being productive on my S3.

not to spoil your day, but you can get that for $50 now, not to mention it looks ugly, also it reduces your signal and it does't have a lip.
