Why you guys trying to fix LAG with "GPU rendering" ? That's not solution!!!
Android 4.1 Jelly Bean is made to use everything together synchronised CPU+GPU+RAM to get maximum smoothness feeling. Galaxy Nexus working perfect with no any lag (even if I try to make them).
This JB Stock beta ROM is really really slow, especially on huge lists, you can see that on file manager or somewhere else...

I guess kernel source will give developer chance to make CM10/AOSP ROMs smooth as Galaxy Nexus (but Galaxy Nexus have dual core and slower GPU). If no way to get this S3 work normal (smoother than butter ) I will sell them and buy next Nexus phone (or maybe Galaxy Nexus).
I still believe developers can make this piece of hardware usefull

If i make a nandroid backup, flash the rom and then restore data through nandroid,, is it going to work fine? or i should only restore data manually through titanium? KIndly reply soon as I am about to flash

Hi mate

I came from Omega v11.1 and all was ok (although it took a full wipe for it run without lag)

Back to Omega v13 now though cos the JB isn't quite there but have fun trying it.

Thanks bro, just i want to taste JB, if every thing ok....will continue....if not jump to Omega V13.

Try scroll tapatalk with gpu rendering disabled, then try it with gpu rendering enabled, do you see any difference?

Every time I try Contacts FCs

Yes - same for me. The contacts app FC's whenever i try to add or edit a contact. I've installed "Contact Editor Pro" and this works most of the time with only occasional FC.

I did a full wipe/restore .Contacts works now.
