I started running CM 10 now for the past couple days... Seems to be going smooth.. Coming from CM 9 my only notice is battery does not (as of yet) seem quite as good... But hey nothing to sneeze at, I have been told it takes a few days to weeks to have this occur. Plus wondering if G Now adds more drain maybe ?

Either-way it is NICE ...

Looking forward to some Nightly's

I found that then rebooting a few times it seems to settle better... Mine is running really smooth. I have my Nexus up for sale being this is just as sweet.

For those having issues with pictures/ringtones not showing up: i finally checked out the update for rom manager in the play store and apparently there was a bug with it putting .nomedia files where they don't necessarily belong. I'm not seeing any problem but its something to check out if you're having the issue. Especially seeing how as rom manager is built into CM..though I'm not sure if the bug popped up in or after the 5.0.0.8 version built into cm (supposed fix came in 5.0.1.4). Maybe the problem was updating between 5.0.0.9 and 5.0.1.3 that caused the problem?

Thanks for clearing up my confusion about the clock. This is my first endeavor into CM so I wasn't aware of the clock's traditional minimalism.

Also, I have seen a few posts about not being able to use mobile data. I've also been experiencing this problem, and nothing (including rebooting) has been able to fix it. Instead, I switched to HUSPA+ under access points, and my mobile data has been functioning perfectly since then.

If there's any reason I shouldn't be using HUSPA+, let me know. I'm able to send and receive MMS in addition to having internet, so I haven't personally encountered any problems.

New build posted. No significant changes.

This will be the last build from the old smdk4210 kernel, I'm starting work on the "_new" kernel repo for future builds. Once that kernel is ready nightlies will probably start. (The decision to start nightlies was right in the middle of this kernel transition effort.)

I also appreciate all the hard work... I am really looking forward to the nightly's on this.

Question: When installing an updated version do we have to clear data or just do a wipe to install. I know I was not sure and ended up just redoing it all again.?? Still new at all this but having a blast with it learning allot just reading...
