[NEW] SMS Tweaker v1.5 for WM6.1

im getting an error.. it says value does not fall within expected range.
and forces me to close the app.. any ideas on how to fix this? my text
font size is stuck on xtra small now.. lol

HI,

Can i check wif u is the .net framework applicable for wm 6.1? cos i get few errors as mentioned below:

1. When i try to install the .net framework, it prompt " There is no application associated with NETCFSETupv35"

2. When i tried to run the sms tweaker, it prompts "This application requires a newer versiono f the Microsft .net compact framework than the version installed on this device."

Do i need to uninstall the previous version of the .net compact framework? if so how do i do it?

PLs help...

Program looks great, can't stand the threaded SMS as installed in 6.1, and it appears that SMS Tweaker allows you to simply turn off threaded SMS, when desired, correct?

Also, will the Tweaker program allow you to see the time the messages were sent or received (can't see this in 6.1)?

Can you start new threads with existing people, or will your thread attach itself to the last text from a contact (like 6.1).

Lastly, I see four different install files. Do I install them all, and if so, in what order? And do I install them all to the phone's main memory or to a storage card. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Does not matter in wich order you install the files. In principle you can suffice with just the SMS Tweaker v1.5 CAB.

After installing the program you can use it to set SMS to Threaded or to Single messages in your inbox.

If the message has been received today it will show the time. If it's older than one day it will show the date. This only applies to normal SMS view!

Be sure to have your inbox closed when switching between threaded\traditional SMS

Thanks for the info!! When you say normal view, are you referring to non-threaded? I do like to see the time, and not being able to see that is one of the things I do not like about the WM6.1 threaded test app.

Also, if I just need the main Tweaker file, what do the other ones do?

Update to my prev post: got the program installed and running - awesome program!! Pretty much what I'd hoped it would be when I got my new phone! Being able to choose text size is huge for me, since I have the larger size chosen for the phone overall, but really did not want the larger size for texting -nice to be able to choose the smaller size for texting only, and it allows me to view a conversation the way I envisioned it would (or should). That alone is worth it

If there was a way to expand the text input box even by one line as mentioned by other posters (and add the time stamp to all texts, not just the ones from today), that would be great, but as is, it's a huge improvement! Thanks!
