I've bought me a 32 GB card, because any Google results told that the dhd only support micro sd up to 32 GB.

You can read it in the specification, too. But I'm not sure if this is the really maximum. I've don't try it by myself.

Hi @ all,

I have a SanDisk 64 GB card (SDSDQY-064G-U46A) running in my DHD. I simply formatted it with "SD Formatter 3.1" from sdcard.org and put it into my phone. Works like a charm!

Best regards
Andreas

I was risky to buy the sandisk 64GB. It works on my HTC Inspire too. The reading speed is fast, but the wrting speed is kind of slow.

Do you have the same issue?

I received my 64 GB Sandisk SD-Card today.

After using SD Formatter, which only gave me exFAT and NTFS to choose from, my phone couldn't handle it all.

So I used 4EXT Recovery Touch to format my card in FAT32 - at first it said it can't mount the SD, but everything went fine in the WIPE menu

@ chuandinh:

These are my values from CrystalDiskMark:

Sequential Read : 4.172 MB/s
Sequential Write : 6.547 MB/s
Random Read 512KB : 4.166 MB/s
Random Write 512KB : 2.552 MB/s

This 64gb sd card seems not to be taken any advantage in terms of read/write speed......i might buy it if one day my 32gb card is full lol

64gb, wow. I've never even filled up my 16gb card. (Then again, I do use a 160gb ipod and Google Music for all my music)

Confirm from here too. Works like a charm after formatting with 4EXT Recovery Touch.

DONATE TO ME
Default I have got my new 64GB sandisk

I could not copy 32GB memory" full MicroSD" sd to 64GB Sandisk one due to crashing on almost every file on the 32GB. So I decided to use two separate ones HDClone 4.1 or R-Drive 4.7. I am testing with HDClone 4.1 first will copy whole partition to 64Gb. Lets see. it says it will take 10 hours.
