Works flawlessly on my Rogers i747m, so should be the same for Bell.

DONATE TO ME
Finally got around to trying this out today and all I can say is WOW. This is the most complete recovery I've ever seen. Made it well worth the time to switch back and forth from CWM to renand some backups I want to keep.
Thank you so much.

strange how much we are creatures of habit: familiar with cwm we are reluctant to shift to something new even when the cwm variant for our phone is no longer optimal -- well finally installed TWRP tonight, used goomanager and the d2att option for my Bell i747 which is running on the latest LH1 firmware courtesy of the Triune II ROM. Very nice. The simplicity of the interface, being able to backup without the 3 button thing or the extended power menu -- little things but it has taken a while for someone to revamp the recovery process -- kudos. Also like that the cleaning of a phone between ROM installs has been improved and made far more user friendly with this program. Cleaning the phone makes for far less issues with new installs and the ability of TWRP to facilitate this is much appreciated.

Can I change the download path in goomanager to /data/media/goomanager and have the recovery scripts execute properly? Leaving at the default pointing to /storage/sdcard0/goomanager causes the flash to fail since nothing mounts to /storage in the actual recovery itself.

I made a flashable zip. I haven't tried it. It is experimental. FLASH AT YOUR OWN RISK. Let me know if it works
