And that was during the week when I use my device the most at work getting emails and chatting with friends throughout the day. Really brought my attention to it today when my wifes phone was still at like 67%. She is on one of the first rooted TW builds.

Edit: NM, we are on the same build. I know what you mean when you say alpha 2. Alpha 1 was the kexec version.
Maybe it's the stock CM kernel giving me issues.
This is just a shot in the dark, but im starting to wonder if the battery life might have anything to do with summer heat (phone stays warm/hot and not runs efficiently? This assumes you reside in the US where its been quite hotter than usual in the whole country, but im also unaware of the weather in other parts of the world right now, pardon my ignorance). I'm sure there are a number of software things that are affecting it too, especially the kernels, but it seems that my phone has been draining faster on hotter days in my pocket than sitting at home in the evenings fiddling with it when the temps calmed down. Just a random idea from the peanut gallery.

Flashed invisible 8-20 and breaks phone # and MIN on boot. Back to 8-16. I will say folks... aside from minor screen flicker (fixed by disabling hw overlay in dev settings)... this version is the most stable out there.

Data is decent... MMS fixed, no reboots, maybe 1 call drop in a poor serviced area... can't really find anything wrong for a daily driver.

I tried a video chat earlier and it disconnected two times in a row but I will almost never use this. I heard Netflix doesn't work but I could care less.

Battery is great and I beat the heck out of this thing daily.

Hope this helps.

Searched and saw no mention. USB tethering works on CVCPS build from the other day. I am using it on a XP machine. I am assuming you need Samsung drivers installed as well as ADB. I know on XP you also have to run/install a remote sharing driver. I keep this on my phone/dropbox for machines that don't recognize the connection.

Eh i knew it was a stretch of the imagination, just thought I'd throw it out there. What kernel are you using?

Does anyone have a mirror for CM9? I would be eternally grateful If you can provide an AOSP ICS kernel you win bonus points (I can only find JB).

Here you go:https://www.dropbox.com/s/7uh8p9ig1u...CIAL-d2vzw.zip

This is the same one he posted. It still does the double boot thing like it's trying to use Kexec, but it works fine with TWRP. I don't know why no one has converted the stable CM9 build for the i9300 yet. CM10 is nice and all, but a bit too buggy as of yet.
